Balita ko, the boobs aren't fake.

As for Photoshopping, I guess it's simply being done to every celeb pic out there. Whether or not there's a body part to be "enhanced", they still resort to Photoshop (and the like) for a million other reasons -- make skin and hair flawless, make cheeks and lips redder, improve eyes and eyebrows, etc.

In other words, gawing manika ang mga artista kahit wala namang tao na ganun ang hitsura sa totoong buhay.
