We were in Lucena City over the weekend. As usual, local food is on the top of our list. On our food hunt, we encountered a different kind of TIKOY - it's brownish, caramel like and ready to eat... it's TIKOY LUCENA (http://www.tsibog.com/pinoy-desserts/zabalas-tikoy-especial-2007-11-21.php).
