Hi there! I don’t think there is such thing as the safest place. If you don’t be careful you can’t be safe, especially when it comes to your health. When I took a course in England sprachreise (http://www.gls-sprachenzentrum.de/791_sprachreisen_england.html) foreign students are always advised to practice good hygiene by carrying hand sanitizers with them wherever they go.
